ndisgtk depends on ndiswrapper-utils, therefore you have to install that
before you can install ndisgtk

In Ubuntu 8.10 (also installed) info from Help states that there is a means
of reading the *.inf file supplied with the modem that requires ndisgtk as an
add-on to ndiswrapp
