Is it possible to backport trac from feisty ?
It builds fine in an edgy-pbuilder, and installs fine too.

Ok, this issue seems to be fixed with 9.0.21.55.3ubuntu1 version:

While I agree that in a perfect world this should go through an SRU and
be uploaded to universe-updates or such; this was initially a backport
request. (Forgot to include the backports team in the discussion when

Also approved for Dapper Backports. In order for the package to install
(like Sun Java stuff also), the DEBIAN_FRONTEND (debconf frontend) needs
to be an interactive one, which I am not sure is default or not for
Update Manager.
Daniel Chen said it was ok to do it anyway, and I've already made
apt-get source kdesvn
cd kdesvn-*
patch -p0 mypatch.patch
prevu
That should build kdesvn with my changes :)
And cmake has been scheduled for backporting to Dapper already... let's
see what happens when the dust settles :)

I was able to back port this program from edgy to dapper 64 with out
issue.
I posted before that it worked,and the bug was rejected.

Brasero from Edgy has already basically been backported to Dapper; it
was the new upstream 0.5.x versions that I was interested in, which did
not backport to Dapper.
