contains a non-working uml_switch init script. This has been fixed in
the edgy version, so I'm now requesting a backport of this fix.

The attached diff file didn't work for me when trying to build 0.10.3 on
dapper. I noticed a few problems in the control file; should be trivial
dependency changes. If I scrounge up some time, I'll upload an updated
diff.
