Kernel backports cannot be done for compatibility and logistic reasons
(amongst other things, there are new udev userland dependencies, and
headers like linux-libc-dev get replaced with newer incompatible
versions, and we are unable to provide any security updates)

I should also add, if it at all works, you should be able to directly
install kernel debs from Gutsy. This is unsupported and not any
safer/more dangers than backporting the package, but regardless it's not
something that should be handled in the backports repository
