Please backport gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

Public bug reported:
MythTV 0.21 was just released today. The builds have been uploaded to
Hardy and we would like to have them backported from gutsy. In order
for this to happen:
libnet-upnp-perl : needs to be brought back with it (new dependency)
mythtv : no changes necessary
mythplugins : no
Public bug reported:
Please, backport gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg from Hardy. Debian bug #432916 is
really annoying, and makes Ubuntu unusable for watching h.264 videos. It
was fixed for Hardy on version 0.10.2-4.
