Hey Till,
Sorry for the delay. the hp-toolbox does not download and install the
plugins/firmware, however hp-setup does (as you know). I'll be looking
at this today things got a little hectic on friday.
I don't think the printer configuration tool has a process to configure
firmware printers?
Can someone confirm these are the steps to take
1) set up repos
2) delete ~/.config/tracker/*
3) delete ~/.cache/tracker/*
4) delete ~/.local/share/tracker/*
5) install tracker 0.6.4
6) reboot
7) re-index (exactly how is this done?)

I see that after upgrading to the latest that it starts at boot yet in
my sessions dialog i see it is unticked so where is the setting now
to turn trackerd off and on at boot? Since it seems not to be
controlled by sessions. I see a tracker-applet in sessions ... whats
that?

While the sound now works perfectly, I have a loud shrill screech coming
from my speakers when I resume for about 3 or 4 seconds.
