Dapper, Fiesty, and Gutsy are still supported. For backports unless a
user requests it, Feisty and Gutsy won't get done (virtually all non-LTS
users upgrade, so these releases are not so important for backports).
For Dapper, the package won't build without changes on Dapper's tool

Hi,
Just updated my system to 8.04. Since restart it does not start anymore
and only stays stuck.
Using the 8.04s 2.6.24-16 recovery mode the start-up gets always stuck at
[ 25.993635] cs: IO port probe 0xa00-0xaff: clean. After that
nothing happens anymore.
Sorry, but this package is not in Intrepid's repositories yet and
therefore is not eligible for backporting.
