I will second that request -- because of ATI abandoning the older Radeon
chipsets and because the RT kernel will not run under 8.10 or 9.04 on
some Dell systems, there will be a long-term need for backports for
pretty much all of the Ubuntu Studio packages, and LilyPond is fairly
core to Studio as
