I assume that those who will develop it wont have problems with it

If these types of apps could be brought into Ubuntu, even early on it

Why do you think that the driver for i2400m present in Ubuntu Hardy? I
search packages with driver file for i2400m at
http://packages.ubuntu.com without any result.
It seems that Ubuntu is completely lack of

The author has created a version of Tellico (1.3.6) which restores this
