fcgiwrap is a handy FCGI wrapper to run CGI scripts in lighttpd or
nginx.
Maverick's fcgiwrap package installs and runs smoothly with Lucid's
libfcgi0ldbl and spawn-fcgi, so backporting it to Lucid should be easy.

I had no trouble building and testing v1.4.5-1ubuntu2 on Lucid AMD64.
