Ha, the reason was to the new low priority of 100 for backports repo in
Natty, a bit of apt pinning magic and it works ;)

The builds did not complete successfully, complaining of missing build
dependencies: libconfig-mvp-reader-ini-perl on lucid, and libtest-fatal-
perl on maverick. I can't tell whether there will be more build-deps
once those are fixed...
