Compiles the package.
dpkg -i backuppc_3.2.0-3ubuntu4~lucid1~ppa1_all.deb
Upgrades.

Ok, great - there's no need to re-test the build process, just the
packages that come out of the PPA.
Please let me know when you have a chance to verify the maverick
install, and I'll approve both backports.
