Please backport pdns 3.1-4build1 (universe) from saucy to precise,
quantal, raring.
Reason for the backport:
According to PowerDNS their DNSSEC implementation is broken in 3.0 and you need
to use 3.1 or newer to get proper DNSSEC support.
Testing:
Due to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tomcat7/+bug/1092548 I
have changed the goal to 7.0.42.
As before a no change backport is in was build in

Reason for the backport:
I'd like the newer bind9 to have functionality that is needed to mitigate
DDOS attacks. See LP #1202278 for discussion.
Tested install on my desktop. Has the same init-system-helpers
dependency, but otherwise runs.
