this isn't fixed. I still have the problem with edgy on a PowerPC. I can
give you shell access, if it helps to fix this. Tomboy is useless since
this bug appears.

If this bug appears on you computer the "some text here" lost it's bold
formating in the moment you continue writing.
You should recognize this bug immediatly, when you are using tomboy. you
make a headline and press enter, the headline-format is gone. you write
a link, but it's not recognize. you

I have this bug again under edgy. But not only with the version from
edgy, also with self-built versions, like tomboy-0.3.5, tomboy-0.4.0,
tomboy-0.4.1 .

this bug makes tomboy nearly useless.
tomboy is now part of gnome desktop
this bug is a real show stopper in one of the core applications.

I reopen this bug. the descriped behavior appears again on edgy. I also
compiled tomboy 0.4.0 from original sources and compiled and have now
the problem there, too.

I also compiled the same version as used in dapper from the tomboy
original source and had not the problems anymore. I think the bug must
be in the dapper branch of the code, but I am not a programmer and
didn't know how big the difference between the original source and the
dapper version is.
