Alessio, backports are on their way to the archives. As for now, only
source package is available, binary packages are still waiting in NEW
queue to be processed by archive-administrators, this will take a little
bit longer. In the meantime, you could use packages in my PPA:

SCons is in experimental due to Debian freeze, this is the only reason
behind my choice. There aren't many changes from 0.98.5-1ubuntu1 to
1.1.0-1 (0.98.5 is last beta before 1.0.0 stable release). Changes are
huge compared to Hardy version though, there have been adjustments which
fixed some FTBFS
