- prevu/pbuilder installs pbuilder in the chroot

I also BP with success qemuctl and qemu-launcher. However qemuctl
doesn't know about the qcow2 format and its VM saving capability. But
from a strict BP point of view, both are OK.

OK. So I used prevu on source packages vd2, qemu & kqemu. Everything
compiled correctly and I got the following results:

It seems to be as straightforward as:
apt-get build-dep qemu
apt-get --compile source qemu
Plus (if you want to do things properly) filling-in the changelog and
changing vde2 to vde2|vde in the dependencies (since vde2 isn't
