Don't expect it to get packaged anytime soon. The package freeze is
already in, and the application uses their own home-made license:

The reason why I'm against them is because I had stability issues - screen
would sometimes flicker and whole computer just pause. However I installed
the driver via nvidia's own installer - so I'm waiting for a package to be
available in ubuntu for testing first.
