I can reproduce the bug. When I start emacs with my usual settings.
("use my kde-style in my gtk applications") it crashes with these
messages:

It is a weird issue. I've gone to my preferences, changed the GTK engine and
it works.
I then went back to the older engine, and it also works.
However, I still get some weird symbol errors (!).

Please try this with an other GTK engine than QT. For me it seems it is
a libqtengine bug.
