We have a PPA that builds and installs without issue. How am I suppose
to test the 14.04 version without it being backported first?
I am being polite...I am incredibly patient as well. I waited 3 months
before making a comment and only commented that I was shocked that there
wasn't a comment yet.

Before a backport can be approved, the request must contain the
information outlined above. That is;
Either a statement that the package builds unmodified on the *older
release* or a statement that it does not together with a minim
seriously? 3 months and not even a comment?
