It looks like this bug requests a backport from Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid

Got to mark this incomplete, trac depends on python-genshi >= 0.5 which
is not available in Hardy. A backport of python-genshi however may be
fessible.

I would like to second this request. 0.11 brings a lot of goodies, but
most importantly, it has a lot more plugins available than 0.10.
