I've build libgegl-0.0-dev version 0.0.18-1, libbabl-0.0-0-dev version
0.0.22-1, webkit 1.0.1-2 (that provides libwebkit-dev) and finally gimp
(2.6.0-1ubuntu1) without any problem!
The library haven't reverse dependencies (cause they aren't in Hardy repos),
but gimp has: so I think that we
pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy: Depends: libwebkit-dev which is a virtual
package.
Depends: libgegl-0.0-dev which is a virtual
package.
Depends: libbabl-0.0-0-dev which is a virtual
package.
