Thanks for working on it anyway!
I'll just have to get used to the idea that I can't have dapper on all
my servers!
On the other hand, for that particular function my need is no longer as
urgent, so I don't feel let down. :-)

Nagios is a powerful monitoring platform widely used by admins.
Currently they defines version 2.5 as latest stable. Only version 1.x
are available in Dapper and they made big changes in 2.x but all
required dependencies are included in Dapper (I didn't check everyone
just relevants, ej: libc6, lib

Sorry! I should have been more precise. That version of Nagios is named
Nagios2 and version 2.4 is already in Edgy. Hope that helps.
