prevu builds in a controlled build environment, and cleans/recreates
that environment between every build -- that's why it takes a while.
However, that's the only safe way to build Backports and deb packages in
general :)

Thanks for the prevu tip - it worked beautifully and it's a wonderful
tool, although it seems to take a long time to do anything. I have
oooqs2 working fine. Thankyou all for your help. I have attached the
oooqs2-kde deb for i386 in case that is helpful.

Any idea how soon this could be in the repositories? If it is going to

I think it is oooqs2-kde.

And it builds fine in an up-to-date dapper pbuilder (i386).
