Ha, the reason was to the new low priority of 100 for backports repo in
Natty, a bit of apt pinning magic and it works ;)

the DEB package from Texmaker website doesn't need the texmaker-data
package to work, and all the icons and documentation are working
properly, maybe the dependency on texmaker-data should be dropped?
