Daniel's approach does make sense to me, and I'd just as soon avoid
having to do multiple backports.

Some scripts were moved from ubuntu-dev-tools to devscripts. One option
would be to backport devscripts 2.11.0 and ubuntu-dev-tools 0.124. The
problem with the versioning is that there will be more SRUs (for e.g.
distro-info).

We fixed a couple of bugs in trunk, which are not in sid or oneiric yet.
I made sure they're in this upload.

It looks like the version of u-d-t currently in oneiric (0.123) already
includes the bitesize script. If we act quickly (i.e. before there's
another upload of u-d-t), would a no-change backport of that version be
sufficient for your needs?
