Sorry, I can't get it installed, I've added the repository, get this error:
E: Package 'workrave' has no installation candidate
and tried to download by terminal, also tried by tarbal, I get:
/workrave-1.9.4$ make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
I googled backporting,
I've been using it from Micah's repos for almost two weeks now. It works
fine. Except for a few bugs, but I guess they should be reported
separately from this

In my Oneiric 64 (upgraded from natty), I also lost workrave - and I have a
sore arm as a result of that :-(
Anyway, nothing in the official repo's, but fortunately Mica's PPA works for
me. Thumbs up!
Comes back the question that gianni and daniele also asked: why was it
not included in oneiric
After installing workrave from Micah's PPA, I had to select "Keep in
Launcher" in order to get the prompts from workrave.
