then type
"gksu nautilus"
give your root password
it will open nautilus in root mode,
moving file will be easier with this. most cases permission does not create
problem.

In ubuntu or debian you'll almost never need to use root user. Usage of root
user is being deprecated.
the SUDO command does the actions as a SU or SUPER user SU-DO = super user
do.
So, you do write commands like:
sudo apt-get install .. is just okay.
Do not use root user without kn
