Isabel 6 heeft twee interfaces, een webinterface op activeX gebaseerd, maar je kan ook rechstreeks van uit je boekhoudpakket en met een"Client Isabel Synchronizer" betalingen doorsturen naar isabel, misschien is dit mogelijk vanop linux vanuit een boekhoudpakket met een synchronizer.
