I was able to print a test page between 2 failed pages from the PDF. I
was trying to determine if the printer was jammed. The printer has a
diagnostic display and when Ubuntu sends a print job the display shows
the job number, user name and as many characters of the document name
that will fit.

Still here with 2.6.31-9-generic kernel. Affects all soft that uses the webcam
(Pidgin, Empathy, Ekiga,…), not only Cheese.
