1. Events a. Rewics 2011 - Rencontres Wallonnes de l'Internet Citoyen – Charleroi - 04/05/2011 Report still needs to be added to the wiki. Dipro fair Antwerp - 08/05/2011 We cancelled by lack of volunteers. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/ComputerFairs/Antwerp_2011-05-08 c. Release Parties 11.04 - There will be a small release party in Hasselt, date to be confirmed. - A release/install party is planned by Wamukota with ACCB Computer Club in Brugge on 11/05/2011, in coordination with JanC. - There might also be a release party in the Brussels Hackerspace. Also not confirmed yet. (we should anounce these Parties by putting them on our Facebook and Tweeting about them [search on twitter: #ubuntube]) 2. Promotion a. Flyers 2011: Flyers will be ordered by Jean as soon as he finds time - we'll have them by the first happening in September. He'll order 5000 flyers of massimiliano design. b. Rollup : council team is discussing how many rollups to order. c. Tshirts: woutervddn will email everyone who ordered a shirt, and didn't received payment info yet, this weekend. 3. Update Wiki and Web-site : To keep overview of all the things that should be done (or ideas we have) there's a page on the wiki now: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/Website/Overview Please DO add your ideas and stuff I forgot. 4.
