There are cheap (± 150 €) Android tablets (mostly based on the Allwinner
A10 SoC) that should be able to run this...

Discussed today with a colleague, wether at our working place we could
build a case with ICT to start working from our work pc (MS and MSO)
with Ubuntu and other open source apps. Android smart phones are
standardly distributed, so this would be a great pro to get this going.
