I have tried to reproduce on a fresh Quantal vm.
Unfortunally I can not.
I have tested beside a simple startup creating two projects. On simple
graphical and one QT project, because your stacktrace shows that Qt in

saw it today several times with libreoffice...
bad is that i don't know, how to triger it. It usually happened when i
opened multiple windows of calc sheets and
I have the same problem on a new Lenovo Thinkpad X121E. Touchpad buttons
and red nub are disabled randomly on boot and I have either to restart
(Linux kernel 3.4 with Gnome 3) or use rmmod psmouse followed by
modprobe psmouse proto=bare

driver so I have full resolution. I'll run this for work today and run
