USB device not loading

In previous Ubuntu not quite stable - occasionally no loading, needed to
be in the same slot always. But after update this morning Dec 3 (from
system log): error -75, usb5-port2: unable to enumerate USB device.
The Device worked properly on next boot. The error seems to come after
running a session with the device disconnected.
