especially in Windows. It is a BIOS issue related to having a cheap
keyboard. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do about it except look
for a BIOS update.
I just realized that xchat -e --url %U || xchat should be xchat -e
--url %U || exec xchat so please update your patch.

/usr/share/applications/*.desktop files. The one in this package is
missing the MimeType= line and the argument in the Exec= line for this
to work. Here is the one in Oneiric:
