I am experiencing the same failure. The 64-bit deb file that I downloaded
recently has internal date time stamps on 2014-03_05.
It installed correctly following installation of the 64-bit daily build iso

3.9.90 and observed that extract here fails to delay directory restore
causing EVERY non-empty extracted folder to assume the date/time of
extraction.

This bug is 100% reproducible.
However, my attempt at filing a report via Bugzilla was more difficult than
being confronted by the US tax code for the first time.
Perhaps someone with knowledge if the secret ritual would be so kind as to
report this.

2. Begin installation of Ubuntu Restricted Extras.
3. Application will appear to hang after a while.

After some time a blank screen was presented.
Cycle power.

Also, the Cancel button is missing.
