Ah, I was really hoping for a workaround from the MythTV end of things. I'll try rebuilding mesa with the patches mentioned at the end of bug #189580. -- mythfrontend.real crashed with SIGSEGV in glXMakeCurrentReadSGI() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/203006 You received this bug notification

Is there no chance of a workaround? Without one it seems that the 0.21 gutsy backport is essentially unusable. -- mythfrontend.real crashed with SIGSEGV in glXMakeCurrentReadSGI() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/203006 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs,

I can also confirm that this bug still exists with the latest feisty kernel (2.6.20-14-generic). dmesg doesn't show anything obvious relating to this, lspci -vv output is as follows: 00:1e.2 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW (ICH6 Family) AC'97 Audio Controller

Both of these issues still exist in Feisty. Is there anything blocking the supplied path being applied? -- power.sh should allow laptop_mode to do it's thing https://launchpad.net/bugs/74394 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com

2.6.20-14 kernel appears to fix the hang on resume on my nx8220. I say appears as I still haven't figured out how to get a working display, but I can successfully run a sudo reboot blind so I assume that suspend/resume is fundamentally working. -- regression: suspend does not work on hp nw8240
