I'm rejecting this on the grounds that there is a panel applet for Breezy,
Dapper and Edgy (and i'm sure in warty+hoary) that allows you to view
io/load/cpu useage.

I can confirm this, after spending half an hour explaining to someone why an
email atchment saved from thunderbird isnt there now.
This should probably be marked a dupe of the bug linked to above, but filed
against both packages.

called) dont work after the laptop is resumed from /suspend/. they work
perfectly after hibernation.

Thunderbird sometimes fail to show folders
I just had a thought.
This could actualy be a GTK issue, as i have issues with Firefox when i have
over a dozen tabs open, and a few misc issues around the place.
Think it could be a GTK problem, or am i way off course?
