I try to use user-data/users block as following to create additional
user, however this does not work at all. After installation, only
testuser exists but test123 does not exist.

this actually make ubuntu much insecure because you have to run most
tools with sudo and normally those tools recommend user NOT to run it
with root. Other distros are still readable by normal user and they
harden it via selinux.

I boot int o 5.4.0-42, it has different symptom, now the `udisksctl
mount -b /dev/sdb1` halt for more than 10 mins and the dmesg is
different, it does not error out immediately, but repetitively reset the
handle.
[ 83.317249] systemd-journald[597]: Successfully sent stream file
and I am pretty sure it worked on older kernel a few weeks ago. It is a
brand new device, I just formated it and backed up files onto it a few
weeks ago. Unfortunately I do not have older kernel than 5.4.0-42

ctrl-alt-F3 then kill the VLC process. It has 100% CPU usage. There is some

@Torbjörn Rathsman (milasudril) How did you did that. I installed qt5
-style-plugins oxygen-icon-theme and systemsettings. But the
systemsettings5 give almost empty GUI. There is nothing to set, except
the shortcut, network and proxy. I am in 18.04 ubuntu

No, it is not the problem. The problem was there before I install the
flashplugin-nonfree-extrasound. And there was no change after I installed this
package. Also nothing changed, after I removed this package.
