When i click on the dash-button, or press the windows-key, it has taken
longer and longer time for my programs to appear. Now they don't appear
at all. The programs which don't use the dash-button still works. I get

I get exactly the same error-massage when i try to access my memory-
stick, a CD in my optical unit and my xp-partition on my hard-disc. For
me also, the problem started when i upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10.

I can confirm this bug. My PC has a 160 GB sata harddisc patitioned inte
1 NTFS-partition (31 GB) which i use for microsoft xp and a Linux-
partition (130 GB) which i just upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10 . Before this
update, Ubuntu had no problem accessing the NTFS-partition. Now when i

Gnome-chess-error: Computer-horse-killed pawn en-passante.

In chess only pawns are suppsed to be able to kill other pawns en-
passante. En-passante means in chess that right after a pawn has moved 2
steps, the opponent can force the pawn back 1 step and kill it with its
own pawn as if it would have gone only one step.

I have had some problems with gmp (Gnu bignum C-library) so i tried to install
a new version. When i followed the install-instructions until the command make
install. It gave the error-message: couldn't create directory
/usr/local/share/info : access denied.

I tried to install a 32-bit-program on my 64-bit computer and i got the
error-message: Wrong architecture i386 . I don't know if this is a bug
or a misfeature, but there should be a 32-bit-mode so when my computer
encounters a 32-bit-program it should pretend to be a 32-bit

I play chess against GL-chess. I killed one of my computer-opponents
pawns with en-passante. The For the rest of the game , i was not allowed
to move any piece over the square where the en-passante-killed pawn
stood before the en-passante.

I had a bad xp and ubuntu 11.04 on my pc with 1 harddisc. I agreed to to
try the alfa to ubuntu 11.10. I reinstalled xp to have something that
works while the alfa is being improved. Xp killed grub. I used an ubuntu
11.04 cd to try to reinstall grub (and ubuntu). It crashed
