You probably should create a ppa for your account copy the pacakage and use it.

Just uploaded new ppa build in my ppa adding a changing
AD_CACHE_ENTRY_EXPIRY_MAXIMUM_SECS to 365 days instead of only one.
now it let me set the value up to 365 days.

LUKS encrypted partition does not mount during boot
is there any test i can do to make this bug progress?
It's almost been a month since the last update.
i have almost the same setup.
/dev/sda1 : 20G ext4 mounted as /
/dev/sda2 : crypto_LUKS
/dev/mapper/sda2_crypt : 100 G ext4 mounted as /home
When i boot i have to enter the password to

I'm also affected by this, but i couldn't reproduce this at will.
when i do `chvt 1` then pkill X, X start on vt1.
I will do some more testing.

i tried to define an environment variable with openvt but it doesn't
work so now screen_session have fewer tests.
screen-x-common uses tty instead of fgconsole
Can someone tests the new release of those scripts and report any issue
please.

I installed from netinstall today.
i have
/boot /dev/sda1 ext2
/ /dev/sda2 ext4
/home /dev/sda3 crypt setup ext4
/home is ext4 partition over LUKS encrypted partition
