Sorry, didn't look at that. So yeah, on Lucid we would need to backport
a lot of stuff, like ubuntu-sso-client, libsyncdaemon, etc. I think we
are building packages of the maverick versions for Lucid for all of
that, but not 100% sure. So this is fixed in Maverick and should be
fixed for lucid as

synchronization, and that would use the same token as the file syncing.

Hiding/showing the ribbon from the menu doesn't do anything until you visit
another folder
hmm, it's not as easy as I thought, since hiding our ribbon widget
doesn't hide the container Nautilus creates, so even though our widget
is not seen, there's still a 6/10 pixel high container shown, so I guess
we'd need to have a proper way in Nautilus API to hide/show it

nautilus crashed when attempting to share publicly a picture via right-click

It keeps being grayed out until the folder is setup to synchronize.
After that, you should be able to uncheck the check box. If not, it
might mean your syncdaemon is not connected, so what does:
$ u1sdtool -S
show?

Gerwin, can you replicate this easily? If so, could you please install
the ubuntuone-client-dbg package and try again to make it crash so that
we get another backtrace with more debugging information? I see it's
crashing in g_hash_table_iter_init, but not sure exactly in what code
