Interesting that the importance differs from wishlist to low when it

When removing the power cord the laptop goes into battery mode and one
of the fans spins up. This is really weird since if anything the CPU/GPU
should be clocked down or at least at the same level as before.

I have successfully built, booted and used the git of Linux 2.6.28-rc8
and wpasupplicant 0.6.4. I have packages of both the kernel image and
the kernel source if anyone wants to check them out.
I am using latest updates of Intrepid and using the supplied kboot.

I can confirm that this bug still affects Ubuntu Intrepid (8.10).
My reproduce:
1. Need to have package firefox and deluge-torrent.
2. Download any torrent and select open with deluge-torrent from within
Firefox.
3. Close Firefox.
4. Start Firefox.
Error: Firefox is still running.
