hmm, the duplicate refers to a different failure. In my case, it fails
because some lib file is not found (presumably in the package, but not
sure). It is /usr/lib32/libamd something.

fglrx fails to install with strange note of a file missing. dpkg -i
--force-all on respective deb do not help. file itself is present inside
deb archive.
