Hello again. I tried to get the media-hub.log file but I received a
message that there are no applications installed that can handle this
type of application. I'm sorry to keep bothering you but what should I
do next?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I tore my achilles and my
priorities were in getting healthy which will be taking a long time.
Anyway, what exactly do you mean by a "fresh reboot"?. Do you mean wipe
everything ? Please let me know when you get the chance.

After OTA 12 update I cannot get Media Player to play any videos I have
downloaded that could play previously. I have attached a screenshot of
