Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kubuntu-docs I dont know what I am doing, but I followed the tutorial on this link to install KDE 4.3 for ubuntu 9.04. http://news.softpedia.com/news/How-to-Install-KDE-4-3-on-Ubuntu-9-04-118645.shtml then the install gave a crash warning.
