nautilus hangs when i click on a mounted usb device
This seems to be a ia32-libs issue, because it affects other programs that use
it. I am able to make audio and video calls, chats and almost everything but
when I send a file skype just crahes. I started skype from a terminal window an
I got this output::

I have enabled show mounted volumes on desktop option and when I click on an
inserted cd-rom, nautilus also hangs.
Also the desktop hangs. But I can still open files and the ctrl+alt+t starts
gnome-terminal. And I can still click on the menu bar on the top.

this bug has haunted me in ubuntu 9.10, 10.04 and 10.10 . It happens
randomly. I press the hotkey for parcellite (ctrl+alt+h) and it does not
appear. In # top parcellite is at 99.9% cpu . I just pkill parcellite,
start it again and press right click-preferences, uncheck the Save
History and click
forgot to mention that I run on a SSD, fresh install, so it is not a io
issue.

Hi,
Thank you. I upgraded to ibexga from ibexrc and tried again with same result
(syslog3).
I then added the new package from ppa, again the end result is the same
(syslog4).

Here's a new one. I don't remember if I captured an earlier kernel boot version
by mistake in the last submitted syslog. This was done as an upgrade install
from Hardy to Ibex rc.
Using earlier kernel version has no effect on the issue.
Also, I have run into some networking issues. It seems
No, I didn't capture an earlier kernel version.
From my first /var/log/syslog.txt:

Here you go. The logging starts with a boot from power off, wireless disabled
via front panel switch.
At 20:12 I turned the switch to the On position, and ran sudo dhclient wlan0.
At that point both wireless
connections were enabled. I verified on my wireless router there are two
