I use a program called "Multiboot".
My 8gb usb-stick with ubuntu 11.04, ubuntu 10.04, gparted, hiren's bootcd,
Xubuntu 10.04, clonezilla,...
It's very easy to install (download a script from the link and run it) and you
can add different iso to your usb-drive by drag&drop.
