I have fixed the problem upstream in foomatic-db-engine. The fixed
version lets CUPS only list printer/driver combos which really produce a
PPD files. So CUPS-1.2-based printer setup frontends will not show
unusable printer driver combos any more.

I have been experiencing the same problem with Firefox since I have
installed Kubuntu 6.06(ubuntu-desktop is also installed). The Firefox

I use dapper 6.06.1 for Ubuntu and Kubuntu. I have installed it on my hard
disk, and my dvd dirve is a lite-on.
With Breezy I didn't have this problem.

Clamav is an essential package for mailservers, as John Dong suggested,
dapper should have the latest and greatest release, since there is no
'volatile' for ubuntu probably dapper-backports is the way to go.
