The bug report in Debian was marked fixed in May 2006 with the version

solution was to mark texlive-lang-polish as conflicting it with octave-

Binary package hint: acpi-support
I have an old Compaq Presario 1690 laptop. Happily, hibernating and
resuming works great with Edgy! However, one of the minor problems with
resuming is that, while the WiFi card (D-Link DWL-650+) successfully

Hello, I'm having the following problem:
I've recently installed xephyr and evdev to have a multiterminal system.
The problem is that from time to time my computer hangs. I really don't
know if this is related to those packages or maybe there's another
reason for the problem

Public bug reported:
The Gateway M275 doesn't display that it has a battery or is being
charged until after the AC adapter is removed. At this point the
battery icon appears and if the AC adapter is reconnected the computer
shows the battery with AC adapter status icon.
** Affects: acpi-support
Problem was caused by package python-gnome2-extras being held back.
Manually installed included python-gtkhtml2 and straw is now working.
