Works fine here, probably not a bug.
Note that you have to tell Gnuplot to close the file. You can do that by
changing the file name (set out 'foo2.svg') or terminal, or exiting
Gnuplot.
In any case, Gnuplot writes the terminating properly.
Please clarify if you still have problems.

I've upgraded the firmware too, but I still have the same errors...
In a previous post I told about to have a cd in the drive to avoid
timeout errors... well it wasn't exact... but if I BOOT with a cd in the
drive and I keep it in everything works fine!!! If the cd is ejected
errors come back! It
